Do I need to know how to code or edit?

No. You describe what you want in plain words, and the setup guide walks you through every step on Windows or Mac.

Which Claude plan do I need?

Any paid Claude plan. Pro is enough to start. How many reels you can make a day depends on your plan's usage limits, which Anthropic sets.

How do I get the files after I pay?

Razorpay emails your receipt straight away. Your download link and setup guide arrive at the same email, usually within a few minutes. If nothing comes within an hour, check spam, then email us with your payment ID.

Will my reels look like everyone else's?

No. Drwup OS works from your fonts, colours and the reference reels you give it, not a shared template library.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay Drwup once. Your Claude plan is a separate subscription with Anthropic.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes. The reels you make are yours, for your own brand or for clients. The licence is for one person. Sharing, reselling or publishing the files isn't allowed, and we may take legal action if we find it.

Is Drwup OS made by Anthropic?

No. Drwup OS is an independent product that runs inside Claude. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
